Homemade Ice Cream

One of my greatest weaknesses...can.not.stop.eating.

• 2 cups whipped cream
• 1tsp vanilla essence
• 1 tin condensed milk
• 2 egg whites beaten
• 1 packet Nutty Crust biscuits crushed (Caramel Crunchy Oats Biscuits)
• 1 tin Nestle Caramel Treat
  
  Mix first 4 ingredients together - add crushed biscuits. Mix well.
  Pour half the ice cream mixture into a container and freeze. When
  frozen put caramel treat on top and pour the rest of the ice cream
  mixture on top and freeze.
